Most of our products are handmade or created on demand. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Handmade items
• Custom orders
• Personalized products
• Print-on-demand items

Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, production may already be in progress and cancellations may not be possible.

Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled, as they are created specifically for you.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email [email protected] with:

• Your name
• Order number
• Reason for cancellation
  

If your order is still eligible, we will cancel and refund the purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged due to a production or shipping issue.

Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will correct the mistake at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene & safety)
We cannot accept returns on:

• Earrings
• Worn or used items
• Sale or clearance items

Return Shipping (if approved)

If a return is authorized, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our mistake. Instructions will be emailed on where to mail the package to guarantee a proper refund promptly.
